Arizona Cardinals & the NFL regular season's week 14

Week 14 of the NFL: the Cardinals beat the Titans 07-12. Arizona improved to 6-7 as they try to reach 500. In addition, Larry Fitzgerald moved into third place on the NFL's all-time receiving yard list:

"Larry Fitzgerald passes Randy Moss for third in all-time receiving yards"


"Fitzgerald entered the game needing 25 yards to match Moss' 15,292 career yards. He passed Moss in the third quarter on a 23-yard pass from quarterbackBlaine Gabbert. Fitzgerald finished the day with 44 yards on five receptions."

"The NFL said Monday it will review events at the end of the Jacksonville-Seattle game and there could be suspensions or fines for players involved."

 The Seahawks lost. However, so did the Rams, losing 43 - 35 to the Eagles & thereby missing an opportunity to advance in the NFC:

Also of interest (climate related), in near-whiteout conditions, the Buffalo Bills beat the Colts 07 - 13, and kept their playoff hopes alive:
"Bolstered by a 21-yard LeSean McCoy rushing touchdown with under two minutes left in overtime, the Bills took down the Indianapolis Colts 13-7. The result moves Buffalo to 7-6 on the season and gives them an above .500 record with seven wins in December for the fourth time since 2000."

 In what's being described as a "furious rally": the Steelers won AFC North with a 39-38 win over the Ravens:

Antonio Brown caught 11 passes for 213 yards, including two long gains in the fourth quarter that allowed the Steelers to recover after blowing an early 14-point lead. Le'Veon Bell had 125 yards of total offense and scored three touchdowns."

Tonight, the (10-2) Patriots will play against the (5-7) Dolphins in Miami during "Monday Night Football". Expecting the Patriots to win, but hopefully the Dolphins will (at least) make it a close game.
