"...The Cardinals’ 31-21 Week 11 loss to the Texans at NRG Stadium shrunk the team's possibility of making the playoffs to even smaller than that. In less than two years, Arizona has gone from playing in the NFC Championship Game, a game short of Super Bowl 50, to losing to the formerly 3-6 Texans, who came into Sunday’s game riding a three-game losing streak."
Speaking of the NFC, the Rams lost 07 to 24 against the Vikings. As a consequence, the Seahawks are looking to move into first place in NFC West if they're able to get a Monday Night Football win against the Falcons:

"While the (6-3) Seattle Seahawks were preparing for their Monday Night Football matchup against the (5-4) Atlanta Falcons, they received a gift from their division rival Los Angeles Rams.
The Rams lost 24-7 to the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday, dropping their overall record to 7-3 on the season.
Because Seattle beat the Rams 16-10 in October, a win on Monday night would put the Seahawks into sole possession of first place in the NFC West."
Also, I watched the Patriots vs Raiders game en el Estadio Azteca in Mexico city for about two quarters. But then I realized the Patriots would win easily so I just changed the channel. Patriots did indeed win 33-8. I didn't watch the beginning of the game so I wasn't aware of the Trump NFL controversy of the week:
"Marshawn Lynch Angers Trump by Standing for Mexican Anthem"
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/11/20/sports/marshawn-lynch-trump-anthem.html
"Donald Trump on Monday added Marshawn Lynch to the list of sports figures he has criticized on Twitter.
Lynch has been regularly sitting during the national anthem this season and did so again when his Raiders played the Patriots in Mexico City on Sunday. Lynch then stood, though not at attention, during the playing of the Mexican anthem."
Trump who apparently doesn't have enough on his plate, like maybe worrying about nuclear threats, student debt, stagnant wages, stalled GOP legislation, etc. etc, decided to waste time & tweet against an NFL player (again).Speaking of watching TV (like our president likes to do), NFL ratings are up: Sunday night football ratings surged as the Eagles continued their NFL dominance by defeating the Cowboys 37-9:
"‘Sunday Night Football’ Ratings Surge As Eagles Claw Cowboys; Trump Says NFL Should “Suspend” Marshawn Lynch"
http://deadline.com/2017/11/marshawn-lynch-suspend-donald-trump-eagles-win-sunday-night-football-ratings-rise-nfl-nbc-american-music-awards-1202212110/
"In that context, SNF could seem low-key that is unless you are the Philadelphia Eagles and you demolished the Cowboys 37-9 last night on SNF in Arlington, Texas. In what was the Cowboys’ worst loss ever at AT&T Stadium, every member of both teams escaped Trump’s anger as they all stood for the National Anthem in a Week 11 that saw protests through the day at home and abroad. On the field itself, the blowout win sees the team from the City of Brotherly Love now dominating the NFC East heading into the remainder of the season.
However, with such a lopsided game and facing the American Music Awards on ABC,Sunday Night Football itself scored a 13.5/22 in metered market results – a very not low-key rating for the NFL and NBC."
