I watched "the Late Show" last night like I often try to do, mainly because I find Colbert's impression of Trump funny as hell. Especially when he reads Trump's tweets "...dot, dot, dot...".
During last night's show, Stephen interviewed Bernie Sanders, & he asked him about Hillary. Apparently, Hillary is using Bernie as scapegoat for her losing campaign:

"The Vermont senator appeared on Stephen Colbert's The Late Show days after CNN revealed a few excerpts from Clinton's new book, What Happened, in which she accuses Sanders of paving the way for Trump's "Crooked HIllary" campaign."
I think Bernie said the right thing to Colbert:
"But Bernie doesn't hold a grudge, and begs Clinton to look at the challenges ahead of the progressives.
“Look, Secretary Clinton ran against the most unpopular candidate in the history of this country and she lost and was upset about that and I understand that,” he told Colbert."
I agree with Bernie.
& you won't be surprised to know, during the democratic primary of 2016, I supported Sanders. Mostly because he had a simple message any voter could understand: "free college & free health-care". Trump also had a simple (though hateful) message: "build that wall & Mexico will pay for it". But Hillary's "I'm with her"? (or something): who even knows what that meant?
But I have to admit, after the bruising democratic primary was over, I eventually came to the conclusion that Hillary was going to be a great president & I voted for her. She obviously knew what the job entailed, plus she was going to be the first woman president. Thus I thought: "the first woman president after those men holding the highest office, it can't get any worse than it is right now" (turns out it can get worse, now we have (former reality TV show host) president Trump).
Colbert also announced he will interview Hillary next week. In addition, Maddow will interview Hillary who is apparently doing publicity for her book, which as mentioned before, is titled: "what happened". But we all know "what happened", despite winning by three million votes, Hillary is not the president. Mainly because her campaign didn't pay attention to the "blue wall" of Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, not because of Bernie.
So now we have the reality of "president Trump", who is not good at anything relating to governing: among many other things; Trump can't pass any legislation, he obviously hates Latino immigrants, he's profoundly unpopular with voters, he defended white supremacists after the terrorist attack in Charlottesville, his EPA is being run by an oil industry shill, & he's always tweeting nonsense as well as playing golf when he's not hawking his products (like his $40 "45" white baseball cap during his visit to Texas after hurricane "Harvey").
The only thing Trump seems to excel at, is trolling. And his best target is still Hillary (maybe the Democrats should run a professional troll in 2020):
I was going to leave Hillary alone, but I changed my mind upon hearing Hillary blame Bernie for her losing campaign. So, now the bruising democratic primary will continue thus probably ensuring Trump will win again in 2020. When Maddow or Colbert interview Hillary; they should probably ask her: why keep inflaming the tension between Hillary supporters & the "Bernie Bros"?
"Bernie Bros" I might add which include not only white liberal men, but many Latinos (& Latinas) like me & most of my friends & family as well as countless other people of color.
