Arizona Cardinals & the NFL regular season's week 4

Week 4 started with a vicious hit. I was watching the Bears vs. Packers "Thursday Night Football" game at a sportsbar & everyone gasped:
(Chicago:14 vs. Green bay:35)

"Packers wide receiver Davante Adams was taken to the hospital on Thursday after taking a vicious helmet-to-helmet hit during the second half of Green Bay's game against Chicago.
The scary moment took place in the third quarter after Adams caught an eight-yard pass from Aaron Rodgers. On the play, Adams was wrapped up by Bears safety Adrian Amos, but wasn't taken to the ground, which left him wide open to take a big hit from linebacker Danny Trevathan
Trevathan put his head down and crushed Adams with an illegal helmet-to-helmet shot. You can see the play by clicking here."
Week 4 ended with a very competitive (until the last few minutes) "Monday Night Football" game between Kansas City & Washington. The Redskins lost to the only undefeated team in the NFL & leaders of the AFC West: Kansas City Chiefs
(Washington:20 vs. Kansas City:29):

As for the Cardinals game: a win is a win. However, it shouldn't have been such a close game. I kept assuring the family gathered at my house that the Cardinals would win but as the game went on, I wasn't so sure myself.  The winning touchdown by Fitzgerald was a great moment though, and it made the game worth watching. Hopefully, the rest of the Cards'll follow Fitzgerald's example (even if they don't want to admit they're "surprised or even impressed"):

"Watch Larry Fitzgerald’s game-winning, last-minute TD in OT"

"No one in the Arizona Cardinals' locker room after Fitzgerald's leaping 19-yard touchdown catch gave Arizona an 18-15 win against the San Francisco 49ers in overtime seemed to be surprised or even impressed anymore."

As for the rest of the games; here's the NFL's page with the regular season's schedule & results for week 4:

But of course (much more important than the NFL), today I've been consumed by the horrific news out of Las Vegas, where 59 people were viciously killed in our latest American mass murder. I'll post about that tragedy later tonight or tomorrow.
